SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Processing Time -- Orders for items that are in stock will ship within 24-72 hours, and payment for the order clears. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Smith Craft LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If you choose to have shipping insurance added to your order total at checkout; if your order is lost or damaged in shipping you will be reimbursed for the amount of insurance coverage.

Additionally, if you chose not to include insurance on your order, when shipping on your own UPS or FedEx account, there will be no refund on lost or damaged orders.
